Catalogue Management
Our team researches and compiles complete discographies for performer and producer clients using various authoritative data sources and ingests label catalogues in a variety of flexible formats and API's on a regular basis. Catalogues are optimised up front to ensure compliance across all societies minimising any issues down the line
Claims and Registrations
We claim recordings and performances and ensure repertoire is registered directly with local societies at the point of release, adhering to all local requirements and in line with distribution dates to maximise income. For performers this can also include claiming for producer credits and multiple roles in applicable territories for additional income
Disputes Management
Proactively work with society contacts, international labels and other companies around the world to ensure disputes are resolved as quickly and effectively as possibly ahead of distribution dates
Airplay Monitoring
Use airplay reports from a variety of sources to monitor repertoire usage in key markets and audit claims and revenue received
Unclaimed & Unmatched
Proactively check for gaps at societies and use sophisticated systems to match society played recordings and unclaimed recordings lists and collect unclaimed income across all possible periods. Society limitation periods vary by territory but are most commonly 3-5 years.
Detailed Reporting
Provide statements each quarter with track, source, and country information so that you can see exactly which recordings have been used: how, where and when. All statements are available on our client portal whenever you need them
